GNKG is a Chrome extension, a local bridge and this website, made by Metaphy LLC (Temecula, CA). This page explains what each part does with data.
Runs inside your signed-in Google session
It reads the session tokens Gemini Notebook already gives your browser, keeps them in memory only, and uses them to call Gemini Notebook on your behalf. It never copies cookies or tokens to disk, to us, or to any third party.
Local only
The MCP bridge listens on 127.0.0.1 on your computer. Your agents talk to it there. If you choose to expose it with a tunnel and token, that is your configuration, not ours.
Static, no accounts
This site sets no cookies and has no login. Vercel, the host, records standard server logs (IP, user agent, URL) for security and operations under its own privacy policy.
What we collect
Nothing. GNKG has no telemetry, no analytics beacons and no crash reporting. The extension's settings (bridge port, display mode, optional bridge token) are stored with Chrome's storage API on your device.
What the extension can access, and why
Gemini Notebook pages (to operate notebooks you own), localhost (your bridge), downloads (files you export), notifications and alarms (long-running jobs), the side panel (its UI). Every permission is used only for those purposes.
Your notebooks
Notebook content stays in your Google account and, when your agents ask for it, on your computer. GNKG never centralises, mirrors or trains on it.
